Manufacturing
A facility built for cosmetic production
Purpose-built British manufacturing with the equipment, processes and controls required to produce beauty products consistently at scale.

Our Facility
Designed around the product
Rather than adapting a general-purpose site, our facility was laid out specifically for cosmetic manufacturing. Compounding, filling and finishing occupy dedicated zones with controlled material flow between them.
The layout keeps cross-contamination risk low, changeovers efficient and production scalable — from pilot batches through to substantial commercial volumes.
Process
How a batch moves through the facility
Raw Material Intake
Approved suppliers, goods-in checks and quarantine until release.
Compounding
Controlled weighing, mixing and homogenisation to a defined process.
In-Process Control
pH, viscosity and appearance checks at defined hold points.
Filling & Finishing
Automated filling, capping, labelling and final visual inspection.

Quality Control
Checked, recorded, released
Quality control is embedded in production rather than bolted on at the end. Samples are drawn at defined stages, assessed against written specifications and recorded before the batch progresses.
Finished goods are only released once documentation, appearance and performance checks are complete — giving our partners full traceability for every unit produced.
Standards
Consistency you can evidence
Manufacturing Standards
Good manufacturing practice principles applied across compounding, filling and finishing areas.
Documentation
Batch records, specifications and release documentation retained for every production run.
Equipment
Stainless steel vessels, homogenisers, automated filling lines and precision weighing systems.
Efficient Production
Planned changeovers and optimised batch sizing to reduce waste and protect lead times.
